Michael finished the 7th lap (28 mi) at 7:14 and turned right around to head out for lap 8. It’s a rainy, muddy mess out there but the runners are hanging on!

Just looked up the course route. http://tropicaltriplecrown.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/2012-Resolution-Course.pdf 1000ft elevation gain and loss each lap… just brutal.
You da Man, Mike!

Thanks Cuz! The elevation changes were tough but the most difficult part of the course for me was all the slipping and sliding around. I think that is what eventually did me in and put me out of race much earlier than I expected. Congrats on starting your training program. I can’t wait to see the results!
